Awel y Môr is a modern bungalow in an elevated position on Cae Du Estate, in the village of Abersoch with it’s numerous restaurants, bars and shops and within 10 minutes walking distance of the beach, yacht club and 18 hole golf course. There are magnificent views over Cardigan Bay from the patio and upper sun terrace and on a clear day Snowdon can clearly be seen from the kitchen window.

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep six with a sofa bed (5’) in the lounge for an extra two.

There is a large shower room with a multi jet shower and underfloor heating in the bungalow and across the patio is a superb heated wet room with a loo, a Belfast sink and plenty of space to shower off after a day on the beach. The wet room can be accessed directly from the front of the property by-passing the problem of sand through the house!

The patio is sheltered and sunny with a gas BBQ and seating for 6.  Lighting and a gas patio heater provide comfort through the evening after the sun has gone down. Early evening drinks can be enjoyed on the upper terrace with the last of the day’s sun.
